WRJQ is 50% listener-supported.  The other 50% is covered by owner Aaron Schuelke.

Donations are NOT tax-deductible, because we are not a non-profit organization.
Donations are requested to cover basic operating expenses so we don't need to clutter the programming with paid commercials.

We won't say "no" to a business that wants to buy advertising on WRJQ,  but as a rule, we don't actively sell advertising.

Our monthly listener goal is $300.  Anything made above and beyond that figure stays in the radio station,
and is used to add music to our library, or to upgrade equipment and software, etc.
